I am providing this testimonial on behalf of my brother Michael Atkins, and myself.  We engaged the services of Sue to market and sell the property at 8 Cecil Road, Newport.

This was a deceased estate situation, with four executors named in the will. So there were a number of issues which had to be attended to.

I can only say just how impressed we were with her professionalism in every aspect of the sale of the property.  As I live in the city, Sue completely stepped in and handled everything.

I have had previous experiences with Real Estate Agents in the past, and I would have to say this was a breeze compared to others.

It was with some trepidation that I undertook the sale of a one bedroom home unit in a very old and neglected block of units in Newport.

Sue Bath of Horizon Property Marketing had sold two units in the block just prior to my decision to sell in a very quick time, hence my decision to appoint her as the selling agent for my unit.  Sue knew the block well and understood the difficulties presented to possible purchasers.

Sue immediately went to work to market the property in bothe the manly Daily and on realestate.com, explaining the benefits of both forms of advertising in understandable and honest terms.

In all areas, Sue was on the ball, honest and forthright.  she opened the unit for inspection outside of appointed times, oftern working on Sundays and public holidays if that was when possible purchasers had the time to inspect the unit.

Sue sold the unit in just over 2 weeks for a very acceptable price.  Her knowledge of not just the block, but the surrounding area was vast and I believe it was this knowledge that enabled such a quick sale.

Sue was in touch constantly, informing me of the attitude of prospective purchasers and seeking answers to question that were asked by those attending inspections.

I would recomment Sue Bath to anyone in the area who is looking for diligence, honesty and an agent that was trustworthy.

Ms Sue Bath, of Newport, Licensed Real Estate Agent, sold my home at number 243 Hudson Parade, Clareville, in February 2008.
 
I listed the property with Sue after two other Real Estate Agents in the area had failed to sell it.
 
Sue initiated the marketing with a positive and confident approach.
 
A major drawback to the sale of the property was a steep driveway , although the house had great views over Refuge Cove, Pittwater, on the opposite side of the street.
 
Sue arranged numerous “Open House” Inspections and came to the property every Saturday from the time I listed the property with her.
 
She gave me excellent phone reports on the Inspections which took place each Saturday and during the week.
 
Her persistence and perseverance were eventually rewarded with a sale to an English couple in February 2008.

Sue Bath is one in a million! Sue took on selling our family home at a very difficult time in our lives. She did a wonderful job with the selling, open house, and follow ups. Sue helped us with repairs and maintenance of the building by finding us a tradesman whenever they were needed.
 
But Sue Bath did a lot more than that. She  nutured  us through the process. My husband was in a Nursing home initially. Sue took me to see him once a week whenever she was in Mona Vale. When my husband died and we removed the house from the market she continued her help. Sue supplied us with a plumber on the day of the funeral when the laundry tap decided to run. Sue kept in touch and is a genuinely nice and reliable person.
